The location is ideal if you are coming to work in Derby and need a quiet place to retreat or if you need to get away from crowds and bustle and take time to work, relax, study or just sit and think.

There are three fully self contained cottages available for short or longer term rental.

The two bedroom cottages contain one double bed and one single.  There is a lounge/kitchen combined and bathroom/laundry.

The three bed cottage has one double bed, 2 singles in one room and a single bed in the third bedroom.  This cottage has a separate kitchen, dining and lounge areas and separate laundry and bathroom.

The cottages are simple in style, clean and comfortable, fully air-conditioned with ample parking, each cottage is surrounded by bush gardens and fruit trees.

All linen, crockery and cooking utensils and a Weber gas BBQ are provided as well as television and washing machine.
